I have ALOT of weight to loose like 107lbs...i have already lost 5lbs but I am wondering is it better to loose weight then tone up or is it better to loose weight and tone at the same time? I am currently going to curves so I am "kinda" toning but feel like i am more of just burning calories to loose weight at this point.…

I was browsing Pinterest the other night like normal and someone had pinned "The 3 day Military Diet" has anyone heard or tried this as a jumpstart? It says your own for 3 days and off four 4 days. I am thinking that once one reaches their goal weight they aren't going to stick with it and just like diet pills gain it all…
