Pink grapefruits for beautiful skin
After I took a shower last night I noticed how good my skin was looking - I suffer with spot prone skin and blemishes so it was a pleasant shock to see a smooth and clear complexion looking back at me! I have been trying to keep my calories to around 1400 a day, and for nearly every day during the last 3 weeks I have had a…

WANTED: Advice on short-term protein diets
I've been on MFP for just over a year, logging calories and doing regular cardio and strength exercise and have lost 2 stone. I'm very happy with this and have loads more confidence now and feel that I look good in my clothes (and nude) for the first time in my life. My problem is that I am constantly losing and gaining…

ONEderland!
For the first time in my adult life, I am under 200lbs! Stepped on the scales this morning at 198.6lbs - a total of 31lbs weight loss so far. Next "mini-goal" to get to 195lbs and I'll be under 14 stone :)

I am getting married in August 2014, although this is still quite a way off I wanted to lose the weight slowly, healthily and consistently. Im just over 4 months in and 19lb down. I have another 14lbs to lose until…

Teeny tiny NSV
Hi all, I've been on MFP for almost a year now, I joined in March 2012 and managed to lose 10lbs back then and was pretty proud that I could do it having been a bit of a yo-yoer since my teens. I only logged for about 2 months and then got bored and went off track BIG time and put all the weight I'd lost back on plus an…

Not enough oxygen!
So, truthfully I've had a couple of weeks off from exercising and my normal mode of exercise is freestyle swimming. I am a strong swimmer and can easily complete a miles worth each time I go, however I did begin to get a little bored with swimming (hence the 2 week break) and decided that I would give jogging a go. I…
