Since i started my diet 2 months ago, my throat HURTS. Its not a cold, just raw and sore. It sucks and I dont understand it....acid reflux? Idk.

Weight and Direction
I have looked on the internet and searched the forums..... Why do I weigh 137.8 facing the scale south, but 138.4 facing the scale east! LOL

Or does anyone else get frustrated with peoples posts about not losing weight or gaining it, and you look at their diaries and you see chips, soda, muffins etc?
