I have been doing many different workouts (running, trx, crossfit, spinning etc) so I keep up my muscle confusion, and I am losing weight and getting fit. I am not having problems in this area. What I AM having issues with....i have been going for 2.5 months now....and I am sick of this shi*. I feel like I am mentally in a place where I am on the ground dragging myself by my nails to keep going. Ughhhh I just DONT WANT TO ANYMORE. I am in a good place with my weight and can stop, but I am going to Cancun in 20 days...and I just want to perfect and maintain. How do you get past these mental road blocks?

Unfortunately as soon as you get to your ultimate goal weight and need to maintain you are still going to have to workout. Working out has to be made a part of you lifestyle and made a priority in your life to be able to keep going and maintain your fit body you've been working so hard for! My best advice is to keep pushing through! Some days I really don't feel like working out and some days I will skip, but I know I have to get back at it the next day! Maybe try switching up your routine more often to avoid boredom. Find something you enjoy!

    I make lists of EVERYTHING.

It keeps me focused and motivated.

Lists of goals, ideas and even healthy grocery lists. I leave them everywhere so I can see them no mater where I am.

I also have post-it notes on the back of my bedroom door, one for each pound I want to lose. That keeps me motivated to want to take a sitcky off!

I wish I could help. I still want to lose another 20 lbs. and need to lose at least 10 lbs. yet I am completely unmotivated. My crazy busy schedule and upcoming trip don't help. Maybe when I get back from the beach I will get back into the grove.

I love this. I am the type of person who thinks over every thing I can put on a list just because I take such pleasure in marking things off. Thanks. I need to do this.
