Wrist Exercises
Can anyone recommend some good effect wrist/forearm exercises? Traditional I have been doing Wrist Curls, Reverse Wrist Curls, Wrist Rolls (Stick with weight tied to a string), and Wrist Rotations with a dumbbell and the occasional kettle bell.

Filipino Boxing (Dan Inosanto/Ron Balicki)
Has anyone tried these 3 dvd series? I currently just got it and it's a pretty good arm workout. I like the JKD trapping and how it was integrated with the Filipino Martial Arts. If your not familiar with Dan Inosanto he was one of Bruce Lee's closest students. Dan Inosanto is one of the biggest influence in FIlipino…

Eskrima
Any practitioners of Eskrima? If so, what form do you prefer? I prefer the Double Baston ( 2 Sticks) and Single Baston with a Karambit. Why did I choose Karambit over a Balisong? The Balisong is big like a hand fan were the Karambit is more concealable (I am a short range fighter, I prefer to be in your face)

Thoughs on GSP Rush FIT?
To me Rush Fit is pretty kick *kitten* not just because I am a fan of GSP.. The workouts get pretty intense and at the beginning I had trouble keep up but you just need to set it at your own pace. Eventually over time the workouts became second nature and I find myself doing the workouts twice to get the sore feeling.
