Breaking out from too much fat?
Did anyone else break out after starting a "keto/paleo" hybrid? Is it because of too much fat? I'm pretty much gluten free, wheat free. Maybe dairy? I try to follow the 80/20 rule too, but I'm breaking out pretty bad. Sick of it. Ha. My diary is open, I don't log all the time. Help? TIA :)

Fitness after Pulmonary Effusion?

QUICK recipes for the daily chaos?
Just looking to get some REALLY quick (and preferably affordable) dinner/meal recipes? Unfortunately I live with family, they do not eat paleo. I cook a separate dinner for them, and then myself. I'd love to make meals that could be my lunch for the next day. Any ideas? :)

Late night protein shakes detrimental to weight loss?
So, I normally don't get to the gym or go running until late (like 9-10 PM). I come home after and have a protein shake to "eat back" my exercise calories. Is this detrimental to weight loss? I've read that eating past a certain time can inhibit results but I'm not sure how I'd function not eating past 7 PM if I'm still up…
