Meatless meals (without peas or chick peas)
I have a child who is allergic to green peas and has had a reaction to chick peas. We are wanting to go meatless for 5 dinners a week but I have noticed that alot of vegetarian meals have those in them. I need some ideas or recipes that don't have those two items or lentil flour in them. Thanks!

My family and I went on a 2 hour (2 mile) walk on the nature trails in our town. A small part was rough terrain but the rest was concrete. Do I count this as walking or cross country hiking?

Why did I gain so much weight last week?

Not sure what I am doing wrong..
When I eat 1400 calories or more I gain weight. When I eat 1200 I don't lose anything and I feel like I am starving. I end up bingeing if I stay at 1200 calories for 3-4 days. I gain at 1500 calories but lose at 1300-1400
Why does 100-200 calories make such a difference. At 1300 calories I lose 3 lbs a week. At 1500 I gain 3 lbs a week. Is my metabolism really that slow?
