I am starting this weekend. I normally follow a low carb diet so I think I will do well on this. I have 20 lbs left to lose. Keto helped me lose 35 lbs but this gives me more choices and is still fairly low carb. I am thankful they have gluten/wheat free options since I am sensitive to it.

I am 5'4" and when I weighed 145 lbs, I was a size 6. I am not 159 lbs and a tight size 10. My issue is my bottom size, My waist is a full 10 inches smaller than my hip size because I have a jay-lo butt. I have issues finding jeans that fit in the hips and thighs but are small enough for my waist. I usually buy Lee's from…

He can eat beans. He used to be allergic to soy but not anymore. I thought about trying tofu but I have to learn how to make it. Meat has just gotten so expensive that we can't afford to have it for dinner everyday anymore. My friend only eats meat once a week and everything is organic. She really seems to like it so I…

Yes, he can have dairy. We are trying to cut out meat because of the price of it. We just can't afford to buy it anymore.

Yeah I do weigh everything. I am very diligent about that.

I'm 5'4" and for me 130 lbs is perfect. It puts me in a size 4. I am currently at 169 lbs and a size 12. Slowly working my way down.

Sounds like the HCG drops. I lost 26 lbs on them but then gained back almost 50. Don't try it. Once you start eating more than 500 calories, you gain very quickly.

For me more than a 20 year difference would feel a little weird. I am 39 myself and although I find many young men attractive, I wouldn't date anyone under 30. (if I was single). I couldn't date someone who was 20 years younger than me because I would feel like their mother. My oldest son is 19 years younger than me. But…

I'm 39 and I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago and have gained about 30 lbs and am having a hard time losing too. I kept my ovaries but they stopped working anyways. I take estrogen and that helps. My mom who is 58 said to just wait out menopause and then the weight will come back off but I am continuing to try anyways. I…

I went through that myself and after several doctor's appointments they said that it was depression and I started taking Prozac and what a difference it made. I didn't really feel sad just no energy at all. Maybe look into it.

I don't have a cycle anymore. I take estrogen due to a hysterectomy 2 years ago. The only change I made was eating more carbs.

I have lost weight on Atkins years ago but had more children and fell off the wagon. I have been eating 1200-1400 calories for the last 2 months and lost some weight but now nothing is coming off. I am going back on Induction tomorrow.

I am working on cutting out the processed food. I do have to take in alot of salt though to keep my blood pressure up.

This last week I started taking supplements like a multivitamin, extra iron, extra omega 3-6-9 (helps offset the constipation that iron causes) and extra vitamin C and D. Hoping they help. I am going to try to cut back the carbs. I have the sugar cravings alot. I used to just eat a spoonful of sugar when i would get them.

I am not coordinated enough for the elliptical lol. My knees lock up. I do better on a bike.

I weigh everything I eat. I am very diligent with that. Right now I am 178.4 lbs at 5'5" tall. I have had a hysterectomy and am on estrogen for menopause. I have been on the 1400 calories since 12-29-12. I do go over occasionally but I try to stay as close to 1400 as possible. I went down to 1200 from Jan 7th to Jan 31st…

Thank you! I do go over but only after starving myself on 1200 calories a day. I do snack besides meals. I have 4 kids still at home with one being special needs so I have alot of stress and very little time for me. I will try the 2 mph for 15 mins. I am sure I can do that.

I'm fine with anything other than soy. I suddenly developed this intolerance. Doesn't surprise me though. My son is allergic to it. I will look for those other ones. Thanks!!

Wow!!! You look great!

Hi, I am a almost 39 year old mom of 5. I am in menopause due to a hysterectomy and have a very high stress life.I have been eating 1400 calories a day but I thinking about cutting down to the 1300 and eventually 1200. I used to eat close to 4000 a day so working down to 1400 has been a challenge. I am not near as hungry…

My mood stabilizer does help with sleep but I tend to dream very vividly and still wake up tired. I will try magnesium. I know that is one I can take. I drink 2 cups of coffee each day just to get through the day. Today I drank one full caff and one decaf. I am gonna try to wean down to decaf. I love my coffee so I hate to…

I see a psychatrist. They had to put me on the prozac because the mood stabilizer made me so down that I got super depressed and could not hardly move. I just sat all day long. The mood stabilizer I take is epitol. It is weight neutral.

My son gets respite and that does help. I don't have many people to talk to around here. I live in a college town and 2 of my friends moved away and another one is moving this summer. The only one left who is within an hour of me works all of the time now. We moved here in 2008 from a town that is over an hour south of…

I am also on Prozac but it tends to send my anxiety through the roof. They also gave me Klonapin and it helps but it makes me so sleepy. I keep trying to get in for counseling but I am never without my kids.

Does it cause you to be jittery? I have to watch out for anything that can raise my anxiety.
