Will my goals update themselves?
I know others have asked this and I forget what the answer was. Will my daily calories automatically go down as my weight does in my goal section? I am alloted 1410 calories per day and I know as I lose weight I will eventually need to eat less cals. But if I have to go in and manually change it I dont know when I should…

Snacks?!?!
Hey guys. Any ideas out there for 100 calories or less snacks. Other than the obvious fresh veggie ones. The only thing I ever really buy for snacks (other than veggies) is the 100 cal bag popcorn. I am looking for stuff that is easy, quick and salty! Maybe some slight sweet stuff too. Thanks!

Is it moderate or high impact??
Would anyone happen to know if the Dance off the inches 15 minute express DVD with Lydia Haskell is considered moderate or high impact? I have it in as gen. aerobics and I do it 3x in order to give me a longer work out. But I am just not sure what level it would be. Any ideas?
