Ok so I have a question. When I go for walks I am not sure whether to put slow, moderate or very brisk. I am about 130 lbs over weight so i know for me moderate might be slow for someone else. should i be worried....
ok i make my own all natural no sugar added smoothies. but it puts me in the red on my sugars. I am not diabetic nor am i prediabetic. i hardly ever eat sugar really but i make smoothies for energy and to get all my fruits in....should i be worried about this?

That I see others who weigh more than me on here yet wear a smaller size in pant. 15 minutes?
I read somewhere yesterday that doing 15 minutes of exercise 2-4 times a day will help you lose more weight that doing 30-60 minutes straight through once a day. I wanted to try it and see how it works, but I was curious if any of you out there do this and if so what do you think? Do notice a difference?

I do dvd dance workouts (my fav) and I was wondering if others included the warm ups and cool downs when logging the minutes? i always have (its a total of 5 mins, no biggie) but wasnt sure if I was cheating myself a few cals by doing that. Not that it makes a big difference. I was just curious :)
