I just recieved the resistance tubes for Christmas, but I have no clue how to log this. I am trying to create in 'my exercises' but it wants to know the lbs I am lifting and I have no idea lol. anyone know how I can enter this?

  • They are good for building strength and shaping and toning but you don't really burn many extra calories.

Basically only a HRM will help. You can log it under resistance training but to ensure the cals MFP shows is true to you, a HRM is best.
