I just recieved the resistance tubes for Christmas, but I have no clue how to log this. I am trying to create in 'my exercises' but it wants to know the lbs I am lifting and I have no idea lol. anyone know how I can enter this?

They are good for building strength and shaping and toning but you don't really burn many extra calories.

Basically only a HRM will help. You can log it under resistance training but to ensure the cals MFP shows is true to you, a HRM is best.

yeah i'm not worried about entering cals burned, more that I want to keep accurate track of my progress. but since i dont know how many lbs i am lifting, i cant enter it in accurately :(
