Anyone use a pedometer? I was thinking of getting one because since I work at desk job, I think I'm really unaware about how much I sit each day. I'm not sure if you have the same problem, but I'm one of these people who's GREAT all week and as soon as Friday at 5 hits, all bets are off. Eating is such a huge part of socialization on weekends. What tips and suggestions can you provide for me that have worked for you? I'm hoping to have a good weekend this time!!
