Race 4 Grace - Grand Island April 6
Is anyone else doing the Race 4 Grace. This will be my fourth year. The first two I did the 2 mile walk and last year and this year I will do the 10k. My fiance and girls will be participating ni the walk this year. Would love to meet up with any mfp-ers that will be there!

30DS as part of ongoing fitness
I did not do the 30DS as it is intended to be done (everyday for 30 days). I fit it in 2-3 days a week to my fitness routine and have slowly worked up to level 3. 30 Day Shred question
I have the 30 Day Shred DVD and have incorporated it into my fitness routine. I shred 2 times per week and go to the gym for cardio workouts the other days. Exceeding Heart Rate range question
When I exercise it is really difficult for me to keep my heart rate within the recommended range - I usually am running too high. Is this a problem? Am I not burning calories as efficiently as if I stay within the recommended range? Thanks for any advise you can give me.
