30DS as part of ongoing fitness

I did not do the 30DS as it is intended to be done (everyday for 30 days). I fit it in 2-3 days a week to my fitness routine and have slowly worked up to level 3. My intention is to just continue at level 3, 2-3 days a week. Is anyone else doing this and do you continue to see results or do you think it would be better to switch it up to another exercise video? I suppose I will get tired of it eventually, but it is still a pretty good challenge for me right now.

    i did that (the 1st time around)lol but now i am doing it every day(still levl 1) at the mo...as well as other exersice! :)
    it will help with fitness whichever way you do it...

    as long as it continues to be a challenge for you, then your body will keep working hard. i'm just past the midpoint of the 30DS, and i'm planning on rotating through the levels once i'm done, just to keep going. if it starts becoming easier (that will be the day!), that means that your muscles are adjusting and you're not burning as many calories, so that would be a good time to switch it up or try another video.

    im starting it today! if I like it and have good results, I'm going to buy her 6 week 6pack one.

    If its still a good challenge then I would keep doing it until you get bored of it and then maybe look into another dvd from her she has a few that got good reviews.
