Reducing my butt
Hi all, My training is going well and my upper body/waist is toning up nicely, but I think I may be neglecting my lower half. Is it better to go low reps/heavy weight or high reps/light weights? Looking to reduce and tone butt, hips & thighs. I should add that I am not allowed to squat heavy.

Fruit - to eat or not to eat?
Hi, I notice that many people training / watching their weight eat very little fruit. I try to eat at least 2 x pieces a day because a) it is convenient and b) fruit is healthy. I know fruit contains a lot of sugar, albeit natural. Is eating fruit hindering any progress I am trying to make in terms of weight loss?

Alternatives to squats
Hi, following my doctors advise, I have been told I should refrain from doing any weight bearing squats at the gym (woman's problems - I won't go into it). I am wanting to really target my glutes so aside from static & walking lunges what are some good alternatives to this exercise? Cheers
