Calories burned - underwater rugby
Since you guys were so great at answering my zumba question, I was wondering if you could help with this. I play underwater rugby. It's played with fins and a weighted ball in 5m deep water. I worked out my BMR and TDEE on Fitness Frog (http://www.fitnessfrog.com) BMR: 1762 TDEE: 2422 based on 1-3 days exercising, or 2114 based on sedentary. If I have to eat over my BMR, and if I was usinig 2114 as my TDEE, is it true that I can't lose 1lb/week because 2114-1762…
