HAS ANYONE USED CRON-O-Meter???? I think its pretty awesome, although it might not have as big of a database, you can add items...just seeing what anyones thoughts are on that website...of course ill still use this!! but that one tells me a whole lot more about what im putting in my body...any thoughts??

if im doing squats here and there throught my work day, tricep dips on the counters, wall push ups, wall sits, jumping squats, just a few every hour or so is that helping at all? will it make a difference??or is it a waste of time? THANKS! :)
