if im doing squats here and there throught my work day, tricep dips on the counters, wall push ups, wall sits, jumping squats, just a few every hour or so is that helping at all? will it make a difference??or is it a waste of time? THANKS!

Squats are ever a waiste of time, however, they may be more effective if you're doing them within a proven-to-work routine. Meaning a routine that is already successful.0
