exercising late at night
what are peopled thoughts on this, i work full time and don't have time to do the gym before i go to work, and i was thinking off going to the gym after dinner once my daughter is in bed (her dad will be there to look after her), is there any negative effect???

When taking photos
I'm taking photos of my weight loss as a form of motivation when i don't see the scales move, my questions is when taking a photo should i just stand straight and comfortable because i notice i hold my stomach in slightly or do i push my stomach out? feeling emotional
lately I've just felt so emotional that i could just cry, just so tired and run down not feeling like exercise and feeling guilty about it, i just wants some me time and a break so i can do exercise without keeping an eye on my daughter, i just need a little push from someone to help me get back on track, my husband helps…

Anyone know any good workout DVD, that are for about 30 minutes or so, i really enjoy fast pace but need something only about 30 minutes as i have a one year old.

jogging with a pram
Any mum's out there that jog with there little one's in the pram, how did you find it? i've tried just small jogs here and there but it just doesn't feel comfortable any advised?

just wondering what people think i try and walk every night to help with my weight loss and i do a Tae Bo Ab boot camp (DVD) workout once a week. should i be doing some other exercise to help with toning and how many times and week for toning and ab workout would you do. i'm aiming to lost about 20kgs

hi ladies, do you find it hard to exercise with your Lo's? when do you have time i try and exercise once she is in bed about 7.30pm but by the time comes around i'm exhausted from work and household duties any tips? and what exercise is everyone doing :)
