Ok, what do I do for phase II?
Phase I is complete: weight loss from 185 to 150lbs. Now I would like to build some lean mass to about 160 lbs.(phase II) . I have started stronglifts 5x5. The question is how many calories should I eat? I'm currently at 1977 for maintenance. I do not want to put on any fat. Thanks!

Not sure why whole wheat pasta is better
I always thought is was the fact that whole wheat has a much lower glycemic index than white. I too am a guy who would like shredded abs, and a generally muscular but not huge physique. I am 5'8.5". Since January I went from 185 to 158. I know I lost some muscle along with the fat.
