Ok, what do I do for phase II?

Phase I is complete: weight loss from 185 to 150lbs. Now I would like to build some lean mass to about 160 lbs.(phase II) . I have started stronglifts 5x5. The question is how many calories should I eat? I'm currently at 1977 for maintenance. I do not want to put on any fat.

    There is no such thing as 100% fat loss and no such thing as 100% muscle gain.
    As you put on weight, some of the weight gain will be fat.
    No way around that.
    You and I are kind of in the same boat.
    I would suggest high protein, heavy strength training and a slight calorie surplus to gain half a pound a week.
    Slower the better.
    And research calorie cycling and body building "bulking" and "cutting".
    That is where you should look.
