Zumba for out of shape people?
I'm asking for a friend... :laugh: Zumba interests me, it looks fun. I'd like to go try a class BUT am afraid that I'll get there and be the only out of shape person. Plus, can I even DO zumba? I mean if I go and it is too much for me, what do you do? Just walk in place to keep your heart rate up but not overdo yourself?…

I never struggled with weight until I A) had 3 kids and B) went on antidepressants. Feeling hopeless right now. I saw everyone's success pictures last night and at first it was encouraging and the more I looked the more down in the dumps I got. I'd just like to look like a lot of people's BEFORE pictures. Breakfast ideas? (I need to eat!)
I have been horrible at eating breakfast. I know I need to. What are some of your favorite things to have for breakfast? I eat oatmeal sometime but am not a big fan of it. Special K cereal I like and it has a lot of iron and folic acid...both which I need. Other ideas? I'm really stumped here.
