Another BMR/TDEE question......I just don't get it.
Okay, so I'm 5'4.75", weigh 175 pounds, and exercise five times a week (BodyPump twice a week and either Zumba or BodyCombat the other three days). I went to http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/, and found out that my BMR is 1520, and my TDEE is 2224. What the heck do I do with this info? All I've got so far is that 1520…

So, I'm currently at work and my boss brought in donuts and bagels this morning for the team. While it is a ridiculously nice gesture and I would love to eat one, I pre-log everything I eat at the beginning of the day for the most part and donuts and/or bagels do not fit into that allotment. Polar FT4
I have heard differing opinions on using the Polar FT4 for weight training. Well, I take Les Mills BodyPump (which is mostly weight training, with a tad bit of cardio naturally mixed in) on Tuesdays and Fridays and still wear my Polar. Do you think I'm getting an accurate reading for a class like this with my Polar FT4?
