BodyMedia Question
Hello all, I just slapped on my BodyMedia today for the first time and its very addictive to run those reports. As a teacher I have high blood pressure and am currently on medication to control but I still have stressful moments. Do you think the high blood pressure might affect the BodyMedia data, like skew it in any way?

Non workout day questions...Help!
Newbie here and just trying to fit all the info in my brain. I just had a question on taking in calories on non-workout day or rest days. I know consistency is key so we should try to eat around the same amount of calories each day, but is it okay or right to lower the intake of calories on those non workout days. If so…
