I want to be one of those people that say yes let's go tothe gym or go walk the park and yup I'm up for hiking . I'm always tired no energy.
Trying to stop drinking soda and eating candy..
I bought Les Mills Pump, Turbo Fire, Contour Belt and I feel so motivated the first week, then down hill from there. I have 5 kids which I have to get up in the morning then I have a full time job. By the time I get home I am so exhausted. Any suggestions?
