I want to be one of those people that say yes let's go tothe gym or go walk the park and yup I'm up for hiking . I'm always tired no energy.

    You don't have to do it all. My friends ask me if I want to go for a walk in the park and I'm like "um, no". But gym? Something I love, sure!

    Start slowly. For example, you could go for a ten minute walk in the morning, and a ten minute walk after work, and you'd be getting 20 minutes of exercise a day. Or pick an activity that seems fun to you, and do it, even for a few minutes at a time. You might start feeling more energetic as you start getting exercise and building up some endurance.

    Why dont u have energy? Are you not eating well? Are tou liking certain vitamins? Do you not sleep sufficiantly?

    I do videos at home. I'm talking pajama bottoms, barefoot, sports bra tshirt. I started with 10 minutes and I'm up to 25. And I feel proud. You can too.

    So have you identified whats stopping you is it mental or is it physical. Two different things that requie different solutions.
