I was 5 foot 10 inches all my life 50+ years. But started to have back issues, the last 5 years: degenerative disk disease, & a hip replacement. I am now 5 foot 9 inches. When I calculate my BMI, do I use 5 foot 10 inches, or 5 foot 9 inches?

Interesting phenonmenon here with my weight & MFP: if I add just 96 calories, my expected weight goes up by 0.9 pounds, or 14.4 ounces. This is important to note to me, as I was not over my allotted MFP assigned calories, even after adding the 96 calories. In fact I was still under by 1000 calories. I thought one pound was…
