Lost Height, so how do I calculate BMI?

I was 5 foot 10 inches all my life 50+ years. But started to have back issues, the last 5 years: degenerative disk disease, & a hip replacement.
I am now 5 foot 9 inches.
When I calculate my BMI, do I use 5 foot 10 inches, or
5 foot 9 inches?

I would use whatever height you are now. But, one inch isn't going to make that much of a difference. I recently played w changing mine from 5'8" to 5'9". Not that much of a difference for me to change it.0

You can use either, it won't make a big difference at all but I would go with your current height0
