Will I ever lose it?!
Hello! I am 31 years old and have three children. I was wondering from other mothers out there if it's even possible to see your abs again after having children? I have lost 12 pounds and a couple of pants sizes, my stomach is definitely flatter, but still no abs. Is it even an attainable goal?!

Which workout to choose?
I was wondering what kinds of different workouts people do to get the best results i.e. turbo jam, taebo, P90x, running, pilates, etc.

Should I change it up
I know it's important to keep your body guessing, so I change up my workout constantly, but should I be changing up what I eat every day as well. I tend to stick with the same thing day after day, except for dinners, which is fine with ME, but didn't know if I should be changing up what I eat too.
