Which workout to choose?

I was wondering what kinds of different workouts people do to get the best results i.e. turbo jam, taebo, P90x, running, pilates, etc.

I will add, though, going to classes versus doing it on my own was what really pushed me to stick with it. Being accountable to someone else was a huge help to me. I found I really love running and Spinning........so I do those the most.0
