How many calories should I be eating?
What do you think? If I use a calorie calculator for a regular woman its says I should be eating 1650 calories. If I use the nursing calculator it says 2100. I am nursing around 3 times a day. Did you find your numbers were off after using a fitbit?
I am logging my food as best as possible without being accurate. I do not weigh my food, but I do understand portion sizes and try to log it accurately. At times I'll even add 100-300 calories to a meal if I just feel the calories logged seem too little. When it comes to logging exercise I do my best to log accurately.…

Exercises no-nos? First trimester
Are there any exercises that should not be done or modified during the first trimester? (No problems with morning sickness, regular pregnancym etc.) I know later on crunches are a problem but planks are okay, does that hold true for the first trimester also?

weight loss vs. gaining muscle vs. body fat
you hear people saying "oh my bones weigh a lot" or "you didnt lose weight cause you gained muscle", etc. is it possible to not lose weight but lose body fat? are statements like the ones above even true or do they just make people feel better?
