How do you deal with stress?
I had a horrible day at work yesterday, tried to deal with it by going for a run and although I felt a bit better I still ate and drank enough for two and a half people last night :( I guess old habits die hard....really need to come up with better coping mechanisms.....what are yours?!

Static weight is frustrating!
I'm logging everything I eat and although I'm over some days I'm under on other so hadnt been thinking too much of it. I'm also exercising 5 days a week averaging about 30km of jogging at 10km/hour and two 45minute weight sessions in the gym.
