How do you deal with stress?

I had a horrible day at work yesterday, tried to deal with it by going for a run and although I felt a bit better I still ate and drank enough for two and a half people last night :( I guess old habits die hard....really need to come up with better coping mechanisms.....what are yours?!

    I tend to hammer it in a work-out to be honest. Sign up for a class that you've never done before.

    And then drink cider after it. Usually helps me!

    I tend to go the other way when I'm stressed and lose my appetite entirely (which is not good tbh, well good for the waistline, but how much worse does ones emotions get when they are hangry as well, ha)

    I go lift heavy things repeatedly...after that I don't have the energy to be stressed...after that a nice hot bath with bubbles and a good book and an evening with my husband usually take care of it....
