Just wondering on average, what you set as your calorie limit in a day and also your fat intake? Zumba
I've been doing Zumba for 20-40 mins a day, along with some weight/strengthening exercises. I enjoy doing both but the Zumba hurts my knees as I have to do it on carpet, in trainers and find it quite uncomfortable. Any one else have this issue?
