Calories and Fat Intake?

Just wondering on average, what you set as your calorie limit in a day and also your fat intake?

I'm trying for around 1500Kcal and 3% fat at the moment but unsure as to whether or not it's sustainable, long term.

I know everybody is different and we all have different needs and are different shapes and sizes etc, but just wondering in general.

Thanks.

I have been posting this all over today. You don't have to just guess your calories. Follow the information in this thread:

3% fat is way way way too low - your body needs fat (prepferably the healthy fats). You should be at AT LEAST 15% but I would recommend somewhere between 20% and 30%.

I'm assuming you meant 30% fat?
