Hi there,
I'm new to the forums. Have been tracking my food for a little while on and off on MFP but have decided to go for it and do it properly. I've been on Slimming World and have lost 25lb but it's been slow and I know I can do better. Therefore, I have decided to go it alone (but still go for WI's) and go on a low fat diet instead with plenty of exercise.
Hoping to make some friends here and swap tips etc
