I have been thinking of starting. Any ideas as to the better one to use. I have heard of so many different styles. I have my DVR set to record one called Namaste. I want to get a little more flexible and build up some strength. Any help would be appreciated!

Feels like I'm doing something wrong!
I stay under my calorie goal most all the time. I get plenty of exercise. Problem is the weight isn't budging. I have been hovering at the 170 mark for two weeks. Leg Cramps, Any ideas WHY?
Not sure here. I take supplements, my blood work (recent) shows everything is good there. I wear compression stockings. But the muscles in my upper inside thigh keeps cramping up. It is getting to be very frustrating. Anyone else out there have any clues as to possible reasons? Or should I try a different type of exercise?
