how to put in a workout
I'm wondering how I would put in my insanity workout into my exercise. Since I don't have the phone that I can uses apps. Someone told me to put it under aecrobics High impact. Any suggestions on where and how I can place my insanity workouts would be great.

hit 1 yr mark today
Been doing mfp for one yr as of today. and I've lost 41 pounds. and 3 pants sizes. Now time to step it up and see if I can loss a bit more weight in there next yr.

Wondering on Add an Exercise.
I have both Zumba's for the xbox 360 kinnect and just got Zumba Exhilarate But can't add it to me daily exercise I have to add it as dance? Is that the right place to add it or does any one have any suggestion on on how to add Zumba in?

Needing help on this one
When I started I was wearing a 22 pants and now I can fit into an 18. Just trying to figure out how many pants size that is. And needing more help my hubby seems not to notice. And a few friends on her including my sister being one I don't have alot of support.

I've been doing well on taking in less Calories. But to it seems like I still under my usage of calories but it's the first time I'me over on carbs and protien. And I feel bad.
