I'm wondering how I would put in my insanity workout into my exercise. Since I don't have the phone that I can uses apps. Someone told me to put it under aecrobics High impact. Any suggestions on where and how I can place my insanity workouts would be great.

plyometric drills on top of nonstop intervals of strength, power, resistance, and ab and core training moves. No equipment or weights needed. Just the will to get the hardest body you’ve ever had.

i think i agree with circuit training....................
