My diary is set for myself and friends to look at. God know's I'm not perfect!!!!!!! I just turn 40 back in January. I was Time for a change and get my butt back in gear. You can add me as a friend and we can keep each other motivated. And cheer each other on.

Feel free to add me. Try adding water. And plug in what your eating into your food section. And go back and look at every day and see what you change up. Or what you can delete from your diet. And like people suggest take a walk around the block. Or even try doing lunges in your hall.

I agree. I've had to delete so many people because all they want to talk. Or they give any and I mean NO Support. Which sucks for me since I need support negative or positive because it will kick me in the *kitten* or gives me the support to kick my own *kitten*. So if anyone wants to add me they can.

I agree with all the posts. Like someone else said I'm also winner for loosing the weight and still loosing the Weight. And I think the biggest looser is after the ratings. How many of those contestants from that show gain their weight back and more back is what I want to know?

Mines is set to private. And days when I see I mess up I work out twice as hard the next day. It works for me that way because I don't want someone saying your should be having this and this and not that.. I use it push my self and motivate my self more and more. I find it a good tool for me too when I'm having a bad day…

Have you tired stopping or reducing those meds? Have no fear I'm stuck at 37 pounds lost. But I'm surprised to get to eat being a nurse on 12 hr shift. Add me as a friend if you want,

When you find please let me know too!!!!!! I've also had 2 c-sections. I found the Zumba Core for the Xbox 360 kinnect has help some. When I worked out with me trainer he said the the abs are hard to work out of c-section.

I can tell you with the mirena it took me almost a yr to get pregnant the second time once that came out. That and changing all your birth control and be affecting it too. But go to the dr.

Hi I'm a mom of a 6 yr old. I agree with you it's hard for me to get to the gym too. I do zumba at home on my kinnect and I also do the biggest looser ultimate workout . add me as a friend if you like.

Just remember if your going slow at it don't worry. You'll keep it off longer. I can tell you I log I have 1 soda and maybe drink 1/2 a can a day that's it. We all get in those ruts. God I know I've been in those ruts. But you got to think OK I had a bad day today and put one foot in front of the other. And here's an idea…
