needing more support or something

I feel like am loosing weight but have stayed at one weight for a bit but it looks like I've lost more weight. I have support from alot of co workers and stuff. I'm not going over my calories and I'm going over my recommend excirise too. I'm not sure if it's because I'm playing ticks on myself or what. Or am I need more support. any ideas would help.
