Finding it hard to find high calorie foods....
I logged all my food today. This was the first official day of my journey. I am supposed to eat 1800 calories a day and I ate a lot but ended up at 1100. I am also very low on fat as well. For those who are addicted to sweets (like me) do you allow yourself one small treat while dieting? If I go a day without some sort of chocolate, I crave it. LOL. But is it good to have something small every day?

I used a few websites and they all pretty much said that to maintain my current weight, I would need to eat 2400 calories a day. I was planning on eating 1500 calories a day. Is that too little?

Women with large breasts- Running?
I have a question for other women with large breasts, what do you do when it comes to running? I wear two sport bras but it is still uncomfortable running with large breasts, Suggestions?

What happens to the loose skin once you lose weight?
I need to lose 110 lbs. I can't help but think I will probably have some loose skin hanging. What happens to that skin? Do you have to have it surgically removed? Will it tighten on it's own? Do you need to exercise to tighten it? Is there anyway to prevent it from happening?
