What to log kettlercise as?
Hi guys, Just wondering what people are logging kettlercise classes as on the diary? I have been putting them as 'circuits' for now. Wonder why there is no kettlebells option when it is so popular right now?!

Thoughts on my exercise plan?
Hello, I am getting married this year and am on a mission to look good in my wedding dress! I run 2-3 times a week and have just started doing Pilates once a week and kettlercise once a week. Will this get me nice and toned in 12 weeks time do you think? I am of course also trying to eat well! Any advice would be great…

Calf muscles- serious DOMS :(
Ok so I did a legs session on Friday with my Personal Trainer and did quite a few sets of calf raises. Saturday was quite sore but I could cope. Today I could barely walk when I got outta bed! No squats, no lunges, no jumping jacks, no running etc. My knees are too sore for cycling at the moment but hoping to start doing it soon. Just wondered if anyone could suggest stuff I can…

Not losing inches.. help?!
Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and need some advice- I have been eating well and working out regularly for about 5 weeks now. I eat 1200 cals a day and do 5 or 6 exercise sessions a week, for an hour at a time. I have lost 5lbs so far- started at 144lbs and am now 139lbs (5ft6). I look and feel better but I have not…
