Calf muscles- serious DOMS :(

Ok so I did a legs session on Friday with my Personal Trainer and did quite a few sets of calf raises. Saturday was quite sore but I could cope. Today I could barely walk when I got outta bed! Its fine when I'm up walking around but after sitting down then trying to get up it is agony! I did manage to go for a run which seemed to help but tonight they are sore again.

What are the chances of me being able to do my Bodypump class in about 20 hours?!
