1 year, OMG
Today i was posting on the forums, looked at my signature and realized something: IT's BEEN 1 YEAR! OMG My big goal isn't so much weight loss but lifestyle change, so getting to this is awesome. I am still working out, eating better and just slowly loosing weight and getting in better shape. /flex

the half way point
I am feeling a mixture of pride and frustration with my goals right now. I am proud of my fitness accomplishments (met my 5k goal and at 8k so almost to my 10k goal) and of my weight loss (hit the healthy range for body fat percentage) but I find myself worried about a few things.... i am gained about a pound and a half…

I tried to weigh myself the other day and had gained about 3 lbs. Then i realized that i am feeling all bloated and pmsy.
