Weight training and calories?
I usually do 5 sets of 10 abdominal crunches with 75 pounds of weight after cardio at the gym. but when i add it to my exercise journal, MFP doesn't take out the calories i burned doing that. why is that? is it because you gain muscle weight from it?

Too much egg for one day?
Ok so today i didn't have time to eat cereal before class so i went to mcdonald's after class and got an egg biscuit. then for lunch, i ate 2 omelets with English muffin (i know its more like a breakfast than lunch) lol i remember someone saying that its not good to eat a lot of eggs in one day. is that true?

Okay, here is the situation. MFP tells me that i should eat 1550 calories a day to lose 1.5 lbs per week. and is that with exercise or without exercise? i am in college and i walk around a lot with a backpack, so should i record it? or i go to the gym and do a cycling/spinning class for an hour. my instructor said we burn…
