Ok so today i didn't have time to eat cereal before class so i went to mcdonald's after class and got an egg biscuit. then for lunch, i ate 2 omelets with English muffin (i know its more like a breakfast than lunch) lol

i remember someone saying that its not good to eat a lot of eggs in one day. is that true?

I would think over time it wouldn't be good for you. But I don't think one day will hurt you.

    Eggs are amazing!

Of course too much of anything is not good, but as long as you were withing your calorie range I find it highly unlikely that you ate too many eggs. Sometimes I'll eat 8 in one day.

If you eat too much egg it can make it harder to have a bm but one day shouldn't hurt xxx

Eggs are perfectly healthy for you. Dietary cholesterol does not contribute to high blood level cholesterol (in fact, the English muffin would drive up triglycerides more than the egg did) and majority of the saturated fats in the yolk are digested into the same monounsaturated fat that's in olive oil.

I dont eat much meat during the week so I eat lots of eggs (whites only) for the protein. I have eaten up to a dozen in one day. I hard boil them every weekend, then I have them for the week.
