I do it before because my stomach hurts when i exercise with a full stomach of food. and also ive heard that you burn the calories you just ate faster if you eat right after exercising.

I don't think you need to add house work because it is included in your daily activity level. make sure your daily activity level is at the right level in your account settings. it is a part of the formula that shows how many calories you should eat everyday. only add exercise if you do something to burn calories. cycling,…

Yes like the other person said, running does the trick. it gives a workout for the whole body. or try cycling also.

You should do something you really like that makes you forget about everything. for me, video games or going outside and playing tennis or basket ball does the trick. If i am doing one of these, i am not thinking about those cooking in the pantry. lol good luck and let me know what works for you :)

i believe it lets you make your own exercise. but im not sure. what i would do is pick an exercise closest to what you do.
