1. Wild Salmon (not farm-raised)
2. Cacao bean (at least 85% or higher) or organic cocoa powder
3. Matcha green tea powder (not generic ones in tea bags, whole leaf is better)
4. Acai berries and blueberries
5. Coffee beans or espresso in its pure form (not blended w/ lots of sugar and creme)

i love this!!! a lot of studies find that coffee can be really beneficial. it even protects the brain from impurities that can collect in the body!0
