I thought this would be helpful to those in college! And everyone else wanting to get smarter :laugh:

Summary:

1. Wild Salmon (not farm-raised)
2. Cacao bean (at least 85% or higher) or organic cocoa powder
3. Matcha green tea powder (not generic ones in tea bags, whole leaf is better)
4. Acai berries and blueberries
5. Coffee beans or espresso in its pure form (not blended w/ lots of sugar and creme)
