I HATE exercise
And always have. I dreaded gym class and sweating. I have found my late night snack!
1 cp fresh sliced strawberries 1 tbsp of sugar free chocolate syrup 4 tbsp of fat free whip cream (though I could do with less of this) Runs around 100 cals and wayyyy more satisfying than a 100 cal pack. That eating too few calories will make you gain weight? It seemed like the only time I ever lost weight was when I was anorexic (<300 cals a day) Granted, I gained it all back fairly quickly.
